Listening to Learn
We want to know the real-world challenges you and your organisation are facing when it comes to Sustainability practices.
Our facilitators are experts at Listening to Learn (as opposed to listening to Win or Fix) - they will use this phase of the programme to make sure they fully understand your issues.
This first phase is key to making the Cognitive Shift programme one that delivers tangible progress and measurable results.
Mind Your Inner Development
The "Mind Your Inner Development" card-based dialogue game is at the core of these transformative three days that make up the second phase of the Cognitive Shift programme.
Guided by experts in change management, sustainability, and neuro-leadership, you will engage in interactive, thought-provoking exercises to explore inner development themes such as emotional intelligence, leadership, and collaboration.
Designed to address real-world sustainability challenges, this game-based approach empowers teams and organisations to overcome obstacles and foster meaningful change by blending personal growth with sustainable practices.

Future Leaders
We will be there to support you as you put your Cognitive Shift insights into practice in the third phase of the programme.
For six months after the event, you will have two hours of coaching & mentoring with each of the programme facilitators for any change management, sustainability or neuro-leadership questions you have as you step into your sustainability leadership role, inspiring and influencing others to shape transformative and sustainable change.
A programme tailored for you
Phase 1 - Listening to Learn
Welcome Video sent to all participants giving a high-level introduction to the Inner Development Goals with a word from each of the primary facilitators to let participants know what they can expect.
Individual “needs-analysis” meetings with each participant, the programme sponsor within the organisation, and the facilitators. The aim of these meetings is to identify real-life issues or deliverables that will become the focus of guided learnings in the programme, with the aim of leading participants towards an Action Plan based on the course content and in line with the organisation’s strategy.
Phase 2 - Mind Your Inner Development
The application of the Inner Development Goals to overcome your real-word challenges. Developed by Eva Damsgaard, “Mind Your Inner Development” is a card-based dialogue game that leverages the IDG framework. It’s designed for leaders, teams, and organisations to address real challenges.
In the process, participants will find inspiration and new ideas for:
-
handling complex situations
-
succeeding with changes , and
-
promoting well-being
It is structured to encourage reflection and foster psychological safety.
Throughout the three-day event, learning & development is further supported through:
-
Inclusive facilitation practices
-
Evidence-based and accessible content
-
Executive Coaching methodologies (e.g. RADIANT Neuroleadership coaching)
-
The “3-S Change Model” of Signposting, Support & Safety
-
Group discussion and time for reflection - logging your learning and creating action points
Phase 3 - Future Leaders
All participants will have access to 2 hours of coaching or mentoring from each of the facilitators to guide them as they implement their action plans.
Content created during the event will be made available in a secure online platform, accessible only by participants.
One-to-one interviews with each participant will be conducted in the days and weeks following the event to assess impact, and attendees can provide video/text testimonials if they so wish (anonymous or otherwise).
